Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AbraHub.io and its products, operated by Abracadabra LLC. By using the site or subscribing to a product, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid products. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Our services

We provide educational trading content and software, including Abracadabra Freedom, AbraLeads, and AbraTrades (powered by Abra AI). These are tools and educational resources, not financial advice (see our Disclaimer).

Subscriptions, pricing & billing

AbraTrades is offered as a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Your membership rate is personal to you: if you cancel and later return, we will restore your original rate, including the $20 Founder rate, after verifying the original purchaser email and payment record. It cannot be transferred, sold, combined with another account, or used by a different purchaser. If checkout does not show the verified original rate, contact support before subscribing so it can be restored. You must provide an accurate TradingView username; access is granted to that account and may not be shared or transferred.

Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel anytime to stop future billing. To cancel, use the Stripe billing link in your subscription emails or email support@abrahub.io. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund—no questions asked—within 30 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge and we will refund that first paid charge. After 30 days, payments already made are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent further charges and your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for. This guarantee concerns educational-product value only and does not promise profits or trading results.

Referral reward

When a new member begins a valid AbraTrades two-week trial with payment details on file and identifies an existing member’s verified AbraTrades email as their referrer at checkout, the referrer may receive one free month after the trial and referral details are verified. The reward has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is limited to one month per verified new trial member.

No financial advice; assumption of risk

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You use our content and tools at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.

Product boundaries: V1 and V2

AbraTrades V1 is the current TradingView chart-study indicator. It does not connect to a broker, accept brokerage credentials, or execute trades. AbraTrades V2 is a separately scoped future server-side project; it is not included with V1 access and is not currently offered as a broker integration or automated trading service.

Future execution services

We will not use a user's brokerage credentials, API keys, or account access to transmit trades through any future V2 service without a separate agreement, clear risk disclosures, explicit user authorization, appropriate security and operational controls, and any applicable legal, regulatory, broker, and prop-firm review. Any future execution feature may be limited, suspended, or unavailable until those requirements are satisfied.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, share or resell access, reverse-engineer our software, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The AbraHub.io brand, content, and software are owned by Abracadabra LLC. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for their intended purpose.

Third-party services

Our products rely on third parties such as Stripe and TradingView. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abracadabra LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, and we may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
