These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AbraHub.io and its products, operated by Abracadabra LLC. By using the site or subscribing to a product, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid products. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Our services

We provide educational trading content and software, including Abracadabra Freedom, AbraLeads, and AbraTrades (powered by Abra AI). These are tools and educational resources, not financial advice (see our Disclaimer).

Subscriptions, pricing & billing

AbraTrades is offered as a recurring monthly subscription billed through PayPal. Founding pricing tiers are honored as described on the site, and the tier you join at is locked for the life of your active subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel anytime to stop future billing. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund it. After 30 days, payments already made are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent further charges and your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

No financial advice; assumption of risk

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You use our content and tools at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, share or resell access, reverse-engineer our software, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The AbraHub.io brand, content, and software are owned by Abracadabra LLC. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for their intended purpose.

Third-party services

Our products rely on third parties such as PayPal and TradingView. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abracadabra LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, and we may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
