Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AbraHub.io (“we,” “us,” operated by Abracadabra LLC) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and products. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email address, TradingView username, business details, and anything else you enter into our forms or send us. When you subscribe to a paid product, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not collect or store your full card details.

Information collected automatically: limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage information, gathered through privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries, provide and operate our services (including AbraLeads and AbraTrades), process subscriptions through Stripe, send you service-related messages, improve our site, and comply with legal obligations.

AbraLeads data processing

What AbraLeads processes. For a business customer, AbraLeads may process the customer administrator’s contact details, business profile and approved messaging context, form configuration, booking link, approval decisions, and a prospective lead’s contact details, inquiry content, and follow-up status. Customers should not use AbraLeads to collect sensitive personal information unless we have agreed to that in writing.

How it moves. A lead submits a form; AbraLeads receives and organizes the submission, sends only the information needed to an AI provider to prepare a draft reply, and presents that draft for the customer’s review. An approved reply may be sent through the customer’s configured email workflow and may include the customer’s chosen booking link. The scheduling provider operates the booking experience under its own terms.

Roles. When AbraLeads processes a customer’s lead data to provide the service, the business customer is normally the controller and AbraHub is the processor, acting on the customer’s documented instructions. AbraHub is the controller for its own site, account, billing, and support data.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as our payment processor (Stripe), email and automation tools, AI providers, and hosting/CDN providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Current categories of subprocessors. Tally processes information submitted through our hosted forms; Stripe processes subscription payments; and the AI, email/automation, hosting, and scheduling providers used for an AbraLeads deployment may process the minimum information needed to perform their part of the workflow. We will identify the specific providers used for a business customer’s deployment on request and will maintain a current subprocessor list as deployments expand.

AI processing & model training

AbraLeads uses AI only to prepare a customer-reviewed response from the lead details and business context provided for that purpose. We do not use AbraLeads customer or lead data to train or fine-tune AbraHub models. We configure third-party AI services for business use and instruct them not to use submitted customer content for their own model training, subject to their applicable service terms.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics where possible. If any cookies are used, they are limited to what keeps the site functioning. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. For AbraLeads, our operating retention schedule is: lead submissions and generated drafts for up to 90 days; customer configuration and support records for the term of service and up to 30 days after termination; and security/audit records for up to 12 months. Payment and tax records may be retained for up to seven years where required by law.

To request deletion, email support@abrahub.io with the customer account and the data to be removed. After verifying authority, we delete the requested production data within 30 days unless we must retain it by law or for an active security investigation. Residual encrypted backup copies are removed on the normal backup cycle, no later than 90 days after deletion from production.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We honor these rights under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

To make a request, email us at support@abrahub.io. EEA/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Children

Our site and products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Security & international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls based on job responsibility, authentication protections for administrative systems, logging and monitoring of service activity, and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our services are operated in the United States, and your information may be processed there.

Business customers

Business customers that need contractual privacy terms may request our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) at support@abrahub.io. The DPA will describe processing instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, assistance with data-subject requests, and deletion or return of customer data at the end of service.
